Contest Rules & Terms

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM, ET on March 31, 2026.

Microbid reserves the right to decline sponsorship without explanation. If you haven’t heard within 30 days of the closing date, you were not selected.​

• Sponsorship lasts 1 calendar year only, at which point, renewals are charged at the usual prices.
• Participation in contests is completely voluntary, and the user, therefore, has a choice whether or not to respond and disclose this information. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.
• The $1000 prize is delivered as a digital gift card. The gift card type can be selected from a shortlist of options based on the location of the winner. No cash alternative is possible.
• Microbid reserves the right to re-share social media posts created in relation to this contest.
• Microbid reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.
• Entry data will only be used to decide winners and not published elsewhere unless agreed with the entrant.
• Winners and runners-up will be notified by email only. Any social media engagement Microbid's social media accounts (likes, shares, comments) is not indication of success in the contest.
• The winners and finalists will need to provide their Microbid Account Username(s) after they are selected.
• With the exception of the gift card, only products offered by Microbid can be included in the sponsorship. Microbid will not provide third-party products to winners.
• The sponsorship does not include website or mobile app support. Winners will need to enroll in separate support plans provided by Microbid or a sponsor themselves.
